RETURN POLICY PROCEDURE
If you are not pleased with your purchase, simply contact us by email or phone within 3 days of delivery of your item to arrange for its return and a refund of the purchase price, minus the restocking fee.
You must ship the item back to the us within 3 days of receiving the item.
The item must be returned via the original carrier (unless agreed otherwise in writing), in its original packaging, insured for its purchased price, signature required, and must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you with the shop's tags and identifying marks intact.
We recommend you use delivery tracking and get a delivery receipt.
The buyer pays for return shipping and insurance.
After that we verify the returned item is as originally sent, we will issue you a full refund minus restocking fees within 3 days.
A restocking charge of 10% will apply to all returns.
Please note that almost everything we sell is second hand preloved, vintage or antique - and will not be in new condition. Everything we sell is sold as is. Gold may be scuffed, stones may show wear at times, patina will often be left in tact. Please ask any and all questions prior to purchase - we are always happy to answer any questions you may have.
